PTToC and PoC are both short for Push-to-Talk Over Cellular. PoC radios are like traditional walkie-talkies but without traditional limitations. PoC radios use existing cellular infrastructure to communicate. This means that you no longer have to put up an expensive repeater system. You also have nation-wide or even, optional, international range. Check out the official Wikipedia Page of PoC Radio for more information!

When your radio is subscribed to Priority Complete your GPS location is sent every time to talk or initiate an emergency. Users with a screen device and mapping permission enabled can see your location on the map. Dispatchers with mapping permission enabled can always see the location. They can also request a manual update if the radio hasn’t reported its location recently. GPS can be enabled or disabled by Priority PTT on a per device basis.
Generally speaking, DOT, FMCSA, and most states allow two-way radio use while driving. We suggest using our in-car mobile radio for maximum safety. You should check which laws, rules, or regulations apply where you will be driving.
Every radio we currently sell has an orange emergency button. When you press and hold the button for a few seconds it sends an alert to your entire team, or just your predetermined emergency responders. All users with a screen device as well as dispatchers can instantly see the alert and your location. Dispatchers will see all nearby users and how far away they are from the emergency. With one click users can also get directions via Google Maps directly to your location.
