Visit the Dispatch Software page for complete information.

Each Dispatch Software Seat comes with the ability to interact with up to 4 simultaneous groups or “channels.”  If you require more simultaneous channels visit our Add-on Dispatch Channel page.

Subscription Example 1

You have 6 dispatchers working at the same time and each dispatcher needs to interact with 6 channels at the same time.  You would need the following subscriptions.

6 – Dispatch Software Seats
12 – Additional Channel Subscriptions (2 per seat x 6 seats)

Subscription Example 2

You have 24-hour dispatching.  You have 9 dispatchers but only 3 dispatch computer stations. Your dispatchers work 12-hour shifts and only 3 work at any one time.  Your dispatchers don’t require more than 4 simultaneous channels.  You would need the following subscriptions.

3 – Dispatcher Software Seats

In this scenario you only need 3 Dispatch Software Seats because the dispatchers share their stations, across shifts, and no more than 3 are working at a time.  You don’t need any additional channels because each Dispatch Software Seat comes with 4 simultaneous channels.  This is the most common arrangement in public safety or other 24-hour operations.
