Radio rentals are pre-paid and must be arranged at least one-week in advance, subject to equipment availability. Radios will be shipped via the most economical carrier, as determined by Priority PTT, to arrive before your scheduled rental term begins. Once your rental term has ended you will have 5 calendar days to return them to us. You may return them, insured, via any domestic carrier of your choosing, or we can include a pre-paid return label.
Any lost, damaged, or non-returned rental items, at close-of-business, on the 5th calendar day after the end of your rental period, will be charged, to the customers method of payment at the then current retail price for said items.
Acceptance of our quotation is not a reservation of equipment. All rental charges must be paid in-full before any rental equipment is reserved or released for shipment. Equipment is available on a first-paid first-served basis.
Any liability and or damages related to your rental of Priority PTT’s equipment is limited to no more than the amount paid for the rental.
