Priority Push-to-Talk Return Policy

At Priority PTT, we are committed to providing products that meet and exceed your expectations. We take pride in ensuring every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase.

However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.

Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

If within the first 30 days of purchase you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your radios, with all original accessories, to Priority PTT for a refund of the radio cost, minus any actual shipping, activation, and subscription charges. Radios returned in non-resalable condition may be subject to a 35% restocking fee.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Procedure

  1. Contact us via our Contact Us page to request a return. We will provide you with an RMA number. You have up to 10 days to return the product to us.
  2. Ship the product back to us with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box.

Please ensure that the RMA shipment is insured and sent via a traceable method such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS certified mail.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Please Note: Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted at our facility, and delivery will be refused. Additionally, we cannot accept any returns once the 30-day RMA period has expired.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

Refund processing by your bank or credit card company can take some time. This process is completely out of our control.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only the actual purchase price of an item will be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please Contact Us.
